The Evergreen Park Chicago Chapter (EPCC) of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD), was chartered on January 22, 2005 in the city of Chicago, Illinois. The Chapter Organizer is Lady Giselé M. Casanova, who also served as the chartering president. EPCC was charted by Lady Drema Lee Woldman, who served as National Area III Director at the time. Lady Peggy Lewis LeCompte was serving as National President. The 12 charter members of EPCC include:

The service area of EPCC includes Evergreen Park, Illinois and the south west communities of Chicago, including what is referred to as the “Beverly” area. However, in an effort to provide service to youth and adults, EPCC has partnered with and participated in service programs throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
The Top Teens of America chapter for EPCC was chartered in April of 2005 and is referred to as TTA EPCC. Since their chartering, both TLOD EPCC and TTA EPCC have provided stellar programs of service that address our National Program Thrusts and that support our National Projects. TLOD EPCC and TTA EPCC have won awards on the Area and National levels for their programs of service, for their support of our National Projects, for the service of their officers, for their scrapbooks and for their conference attendance.
TLOD EPCC and TTA EPCC members have served as officers and on committees on both the Area and National levels. Lady Giselé M. Casanova has served as National Webmaster during the Presidency of Lady Peggy Lewis LeCompte. She has served as Area III TTA Awards Chairman and is currently serving as Area III Parliamentarian. TTA EPCC’s first Teen to be elected to a National and an Area position is Teen Tatiyana Oates (member from November 2009-June 2015). At Syn-Lod 2013, Teen Tatiyana was elected as the Area III Representative on TTA’s National Nominating Committee. In March of 2013, at our Area III Conference, Teen Tatiyana Oates was elected as Area III TTA’s First Vice President. TTA EPCC has been represented at the Area level by Teen Jasmine Thompson who served as Area III Corresponding Secretary (2015-17) and by Teen Toni Reynolds who served as a member of Area III TTA’s Nominating Committee (2015-17). Currently, Teen Jasmine Thompson is serving as the Area III TTA President and Teen Toni Reynolds is serving as Area III Treasurer. TLOD EPCC members currently serving on the Area III level include Lady Tommica Akins, Area III Protocol Chairman and Lady LaRita Wright, Area III Sergeant-at-Arms.
March 9-12, 2017, EPCC served as host chapter to the 41st Area III Leadership Conference. The conference was held at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Hotel and it was a success from the smooth and efficient registration process to the beautiful decorations that helped set the ambiance for each conference event. Lady Giselé M. Casanova served as Conference Chairman and Lady Mary Waller Clements served as Conference Co-Chairman.
EPCC is also very proud to announce that at the 2018 “Keep America Beautiful” National Conference (held January 17 - 19, 2018 in Dallas, TX) our own, Teen Juanise Foster earned 1st place in the nationwide 2017 Keep America Beautiful PSA video competition [9th/10th grade classification] for her 60 second entry entitled A Bigger Problem. Her award earned her a complimentary registration, accommodations and travel to the 2018 Keep America Beautiful National Conference where her video was shown at the National Awards Luncheon with over 400 registration attendee and national affiliates.
