Another sponsorship opportunity for our 4th of July Celebration….Fish Booth Sponsor.
We already have our first sponsor toward this for $250 so however many, for however much each, we would greatly appreciate!!
We will have a banner on the Fish Booth with these sponsors. All other sponsors will be listed as well, on the banner on the stage.

Crazy to think that it’s already June 9th!! That means our Oak Hill 4th of July Celebration is right around the corner!!🇺🇸
Here is the schedule of events and our list of sponsors needed. If anyone would like to sponsor anything listed please comment here or contact Tammy McCain and we will quickly add your name/business on the schedule of events as a sponsor.
We will definitely take multiple sponsors for 1 event to break up the cost if that works better for you.

Good Luck Oaks!🎣

The Oaks have made it to state! We have spent the day pre-fishing and are back at the hotel anxiously awaiting tomorrow morning. Conditions are looking a little windy and a good bit of rain is possible. Thanks to all of our sponsors! Without the incredible folks and businesses behind us we would not have the luxury to come up and pre-fish and stay overnight.

Weigh in tomorrow should begin around 3:00pm. Wish us luck!

The Oak Hill Athletic Boosters have decided as part of our celebration of America’s 250th Birthday that we are bringing back the 4th of July Queen’s Contest!👑
The following young ladies have been chosen to run for the title and compete by selling raffle tickets to help in raising funds for the fireworks show. The raffle is for 2 OHHS Century Passes (free entry into all non-tournament athletic games) for the 2026-2027 year, 2 stadium seats, an Oaks stadium blanket, $100 meal gift card and $50 gas card….$500 value. The tickets are $5 each or 5/$20. 🎟️
Get in touch with any of these young ladies to get your chances and support their efforts to win the title while also helping raise funds for our fireworks.🎆

Thanks to all who came out to our annual Spring Carnival!
We had another great turn out. The kids raised a great amount of $$ for fireworks, our athletes ran carnival games for the young ones to be entertained with, the face painter created amazing faces on so many, inflatables were bounced in til the very end, many enjoyed delicious sweet treats from Ronda Daft in concessions and some wonderful silent auction items went home with some very generous bidders. We also had a 3-on-3 basketball tournament earlier In the day.
The hard work and dedication by my always there for me friends both last night setting up and today running the show means so much to me. Rachel & Brenna Davis, Ronda Daft, Joy Hale and Josie Howard along with our honorary booster, Amarybee all did an amazing job, as always! Last night, we also had help setting up from Tamron McCain, Wyatt Frazier and Griffin Kirby and it was very much appreciated!!
After all was said and done, $2125 worth of donations to sponsor the kids, over $9000 being collected by the candidates, paying them back their 10% and 20% for running, having the silent auction, raffle, 3-on 3 and concessions….the event got us $10,315 closer to paying for fireworks for this year. Our show last year was $13,000 so hopefully we can come up with some more donations in the near future to keep it the same.
Thanks again sponsors, parents, kiddos that collected and my fellow Boosters for making it another great Carnival! I hope everyone enjoyed their day with us!😊
