Just a reminder that we follow the Island County policy for fireworks. If a neighbor complains about your fireworks, you could be issued a $250 fine per our Covenants. Please read the Island County policy to prevent being a nuisance and incurring a fine.

DPVCA Neighbors:

This is to inform you of the following:
1) Meters will be read on Friday, June 26th, mid-morning due to the billing specialist going out of state. Please have your meter and meter box cleared before 9 am that day. Penalties for an obstructed meter have been suspended until the September reading. If you receive a notification on your door, that means we had to clear your meter in order to read it. If you are a landlord, please inform your renter.

2) Because the billing specialist will be out of state until July 15th, all mailed payments will not be processed until after July 17th. We encourage everyone to set up an online account and to pay online. You can also make one-time payments without setting up an account; however, you cannot save payment information or change account information. You can access the portal at https://pay.waterbill.com/login-dpvca.

Hi neighbors,
If you recently placed these boxes out by the street, please arrange to have them removed as soon as possible. They have been sitting out for a couple of days, and we need to keep our neighborhood clean and clear.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Meeting on Sunday, June 7th (26 total). We had plenty of great food and conversations with neighbors. Thanks to Greg for his grilling skills!

All action items were approved, which means:
-We will be switching to quarterly dues.
-All covenant and bylaw changes have been adopted.
-Electronic meters will be researched and prepared to install next fiscal year (2027-2028) if not sooner.
-CIP Interest will be given to the community park for the next phase of development (this will be voted on every year).
-Proposed budget was approved.

🍔 Food & Drinks: We will have hamburgers, hot dogs, and chips ready to go! Please feel free to bring along any favorite dishes, sides, or treats you'd like to share.

🧹 Want to help us get the park party-ready?
We are looking for awesome volunteers to help with a quick park clean-up today Saturday, June 6th. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Interested in serving on the board or maybe one of our paid positions? Board members receive $99 for each meeting they attend. We usually have 6 board meetings a year and the annual meeting.
