Thriving Families™ is a family focused wellness program that takes place over 8 weeks. Each week you will complete 1-2 challenges and attend a live zoom session on Wednesday evenings. You will learn about the 8 Pillars of Wellness and how to integrate them into your life so that you can have a more fulfilling life.
