Although this article refers to Prevention Week 2023, I thought Red Ribbon Week 23 is a good time to read the Partnership to End Addiction's CEO's reflection on Prevention Week 23. He breaks the substance abuse problem down to reality, and certainly reenforces the need for support from all citizens.
