Keep Cru and his family in your prayers this holiday season. Here’s an updateβ€¦πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’œπŸŽ—οΈ

We figured since it was getting close to Cru going back to St. Judes I would go ahead and give an update on what's been going on. So Cru has been home since his last trip in October. He has been going to school and living an as normal as they can life. Within the last month, maybe a little longer Cru's medicine has been taking a toll on him. He will start to feel nauseous, sometimes throws up, a hot shower helps him tremendously. He has had pretty persistent bloody noses, then he picks and creates scabs and his nose is just awful. I will say within the last 2 days there has been some improvement there, so hopefully that stays on the right track. He has began to get a rash pretty frequently, which he says burns, it seems to just come and go, sometimes just his face, sometimes full body. Within the last couple months Cru's hair had begun thinning out to the point where he had patches out of it. So two days ago he cut his hair off. It has been adjustment for him because he thinks he is bald. He does look it but in reality the medicine he is on has caused his hair to lose all color pigment, so he has pure blond/white very soft fuss. His eye lashes are also losing Thier pigment. Last week we noticed his head tilt, that has been gone since his eye surgery is starting to show again. It's not constant, but will still be addressed. Overall he has good days and bad days. But even on the bad days he is so strong and pushes through. He gets very tired, very quick. His appetite is a hit or miss depending on the day. So they will travel back to St. Judes on Thursday and his appointments will began on Friday. During this stay he will have 15 different appointments. On Friday he will have his eye appointment, then on Monday he will have EKG, MRI, all labs. I will update on everything as the week goes on. It will be a busy one so most of the updates will probably come in the evening. As always thank you all for all the prayers, well wishes. Our family could never show how much it's truly appreciated.Thank you and God Bless! 'sCrew
