Happy Birthday, Chris! 🥳

Because you were born, many people were blessed. They were blessed with your kindness, goodness and strength. Through you we learned that some people will suffer greatly, and still love, laugh, and find their way through.

Because you were born, our kids carry your faithfulness, kindness, discipline, determination, and capacity to love others more than themselves.
Because you were born, many learned patriotism and the heart of a warrior without ego, one who liked to build others up rather than focus on self.

Because you were born, I learned God can make people so uniquely that we can fit with another person in ways we never imagined.
I learned war can mess with that perfect fit, and service-life can confuse relationships. They require uncommon tools for success.

I learned God can and will see me through fear. He will lift fear.

I discovered joy can exist in the same hours, days, and years as extraordinary pain. I learned: The only way to work with grief is to submit to it. Healing often takes longer than we would like. Widows are targets. There are far more good people than bad, even when the good people are flawed.

God works with us regardless of what state we are in. When we can get still, He asks it of us and rewards us for it.

I learned the best parts of the love we give live on forever.

Falling in love with every bit of who God is, getting to know Jesus, and inviting the Holy Spirit into my life has not only saved me, but changed every part of me for the better.

I love you, Chris Kyle. I am so glad you were born. Your love and life have given me a far richer life than I could have imagined. I can't wait (but happily will) to see you on the other side for a long catch-up, a youthful run down the streets of gold, a joyful roll down the grassy hills, an existence full of praise, and an adventure unlike any other! ❤️🙌🏼✝️

Dear Friends,

I want to take a moment to address something that is incredibly important to me - your well-being. It's no secret that life has thrown some truly challenging experiences your way, and the impact of those experiences can linger, casting a shadow on your present and future. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a formidable adversary, but it is not one that you have to face alone.

I want you to know that it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to have bad days, to struggle, to feel overwhelmed by memories that refuse to fade. Your pain is valid, your emotions are real, and they deserve to be acknowledged and respected. But amidst the darkness, I want you to remember one thing - you are not defined by your trauma.

You are so much more than the sum of your past experiences. You are resilient, brave, and capable of healing. The road to recovery may be long and arduous, but it is a journey that you do not have to undertake alone. Reach out to those who care about you, seek professional help, and know that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Remember to be gentle with yourself. Practice self-care, engage in activities that bring you peace and joy, and allow yourself the time and space to heal at your own pace. Healing is not a linear process - there will be ups and downs, twists and turns, but every step forward, not matter how small, is a victory.

Above all, know that you are loved, valued, and worthy of a future that is brighter than your past. Your strength inspires me, your courage humbles me, and your journey is a testament to the indomitable human spirit.

I am here for you, now and always. Lean on me when you need to, for together we are stronger than any challenge that may come our way.

With all my love and unwavering support,

Mike Myers
President / founder of QCP
