🐾 Meet Hero! 🐾

Muddy Duck Waterfowl is excited to share that this handsome black male Labrador Retriever puppy, currently named Hero, has been donated to our organization.

Hero was born March 22 and is already off to a great start. He has been dewormed and has received his first round of shots, with his second round scheduled for July 10.

We are looking for the right home for Hero, who must be a veteran or first responder who is ready to welcome a loyal Lab into their life. He has the potential to be a wonderful companion, hunting partner, family dog, or outdoor buddy with the right time, training, and care.

Photos of Hero are attached, along with a picture of his parents.

There will be a small rehoming fee to help cover the costs of care, deworming, vaccinations, and expenses up to this point.

Muddy Duck Waterfowl is excited to announce the First Cast Fishing Derby, proudly presented in partnership with the John V. Mesh Organization!

The First Cast Fishing Derby is designed to introduce youth and families to the joy of fishing while creating lasting memories outdoors. Whether it's your child's very first cast or they're already an avid angler, this event will provide a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Muddy Duck Waterfowl is proud to recognize one of our amazing youth, Eva!

Eva has been part of the Muddy Duck Waterfowl family since the beginning. She has supported us at our banquets and has helped several times behind the scenes, all while balancing an incredibly busy schedule.

Today, Eva danced in the Ballet Academy of Missouri’s Spring Performance at UMKC, where Muddy Duck Waterfowl was honored to be the playbill sponsor. During the concluding remarks, Eva was awarded the Eleni Giannakopoulos Scholarship, which is a tremendous honor and a well-deserved recognition of her hard work, dedication, and talent.

Eva will continue working with BAMO in the upcoming year while also attending classes at Longview College.
