Open Table is looking for facilitators!

Due to deployments and PCS, our chaplain staff is always changing. Discussions can be led by anyone willing to practice the skills of:

- welcoming people of all genders, sexual identities, and spiritual paths
- non-judgmental presence
- reminding folks of best practices in interfaith conversations
- ask questions for deeper meaning
- building community of respect and spiritual growth
- not having all answers and still being comfortable with engaging questions
