Discover Youth Discover Youth is a place for young people to connect with God and other young people as we DREAM of how God is shaping our lives.

Discover Youth is the youth department of Discover Church (formerly Oak Creek Assembly of God). Each Wednesday night Middle School and High School students come together from all over the Southern Milwaukee area to worship, pray, study and learn about how God wants to impact their lives.

Winter Retreat 2026 is complete, and what an incredible weekend it was. 121 studets attended and experienced aomething spectacular in their lives.

We witnessed powerful transformation in students’ lives as they leaned into Christ. Our theme was “Become the Light,” rooted in Matthew 5:14–16, “You are the light of the world… let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

We saw students make the switch from darkness to light. There were breakthroughs. There was freedom. There was salvation. There was boldness to follow Christ and share their faith. Chains were broken. Identities were restored. And friendships were formed that will last far beyond this weekend.

Discover Youth is coming back different, stronger, united, and forever changed.

If your student is looking for a place to connect that is safe, accepting, and intentionally leading them toward Jesus, Discover Church is where it’s at.

Thank you to every leader who sacrificed time, energy, and comfort to pour into the next generation. What God did this weekend was eternal, and we’re just getting started.

Please continue praying for strength and boldness as these students walk out their faith and shine their light.n
