Friends of the Oak Creek Band The Friends of the Oak Creek Band members are current and alumni band parents who believe in the future of Oak Creek band students immeasurably.

We are a group of parents, of current and former Oak Creek Band students, who have organized to provide an independent organization to support Oak Creek High School Band activities and to inspire band students. The Friends of the Oak Creek band purchase and maintain equipment necessary to transport band supplies and equipment used by the Oak Creek Knights Marching Band for appearances and competit

ions, and for the use of the Oak Creek High School instrumental music program. We also award postsecondary education scholarships to current graduating members of the Oak Creek High School band program. Since 2004, we have awarded over $182,000 in scholarships. Funds come from fundraising, community service projects, along with individual and corporate donations. The Friends of the Oak Creek Band is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization independent of the band program and school district.
