Spirit Hockey Camp

Spirit Hockey Camp Spirit Hockey leads young hockey players in the faith and in hockey Players will be instructed on-ice and off-ice as well as through faith formation.

Spirit Hockey Camp has been designed to be a fun, inspiring and challenging week of hockey and the integration of learning about the Catholic faith. During the on-ice segment skaters will be taught the importance of agility, power skating, edgework, stickhandling, transitions, body control and how to play the game. The off-ice segment will focus on workouts and games that promote the tools needed

in hockey including stability, balance, speed, strength and core. Faith formation is how Spirit Hockey Camp has come into existence. This camp looks to help the youth have an understanding of who they are as it relates to God, the Trinity, Mary, the Saints, the Disciples and the Church while learning how great the game of hockey can be part of that story.
