O’Neill Voters — Vote YES Twice for LB840 TODAY!

Originally approved by voters in 2012, LB840 has helped support growth, development, and investment in our community. This year marks the program’s first renewal in O’Neill, and your vote matters.

As you head to the polls for the Primary Election today, please remember to vote “YES” twice to continue this valuable program:
✔ YES to approve the (LB840) Economic Development Program Plan
✔ YES to approve the continuation of the LB840 0.5% tax authorization

Have you heard of LB840?

LB840 (Local Option Municipal Economic Development Act) helps communities invest in their future by supporting local businesses, creating jobs, and improving housing. First approved in O'Neill by voters in 2012, it’s back on the ballot in 2026.

This is NOT a new tax. It simply continues the existing local fund dedicated to economic development right here in our community.

Now we need residents' support. Vote YES for the LB840 Economic Development Program Plan and the one-half (0.5%) local option sales tax in the Primary Election on May 12th to keep O’Neill growing and thriving.
