We would like to apologize, earlier this week we shared news from the St. Louis Post Dispatch who reported Side Project was expanding into the Frenchtown neighborhood of St. Charles. Co-owner Cory King says the Maplewood brewery has no active plans for a Frenchtown project despite recent reports and city discussion.

After reports surfaced this week that Side Project Brewing (7458 Manchester) was planning a major expansion into St. Charles’ Frenchtown neighborhood, brewery co-owner Cory King says there is currently “nothing new to report.” The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Tuesday that Side Project plan...

They’re where neighbors become friends, conversations spark between strangers, and local communities come together over trivia nights, food trucks, live music, watch parties, charity events, and celebrations big and small.

Our St. Louis area breweries create spaces that feel welcoming, connected, and uniquely local — and that’s something worth raising a glass to during ❤️

To celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the Historic Route 66, two local breweries collaborated on a special beer release. Meet Kicks, brewed at Old Herald Brewery & Distillery in collaboration with Mississippi Culture Oak Fermented Ales.

Kicks is a Cream ale with orange peel and vanilla - 4.5ABV. Get your Kicks next week on tap at both Old Herald and Mississippi Culture next week, with cans coming soon!

About Route 66 - Established on November 11, 1926, U.S. Route 66 spanned ~2,400 miles from Chicago to Santa Monica, becoming a vital, diagonal artery connecting the Midwest to the Pacific. Known as the "Mother Road" and "Main Street of America," it drove economic growth through rural towns, served as a Dust Bowl migration route, and fueled post-WWII tourism before being decommissioned in 1985. St. Louis served as a major hub with multiple alignments covering a wide stretch of our surrounding communities.

Still looking for plans this weekend, check out the Manchester Craft Beer Festival happening tomorrow from 3pm-6pm.

St. Louis pride is pouring into something new....

We’re proud to partner with Urban Chestnut Brewing Company on a special I Am St. Louis–themed beer, the latest collaboration in a growing movement of civic pride and storytelling 🍻

Through the I Am St. Louis campaign, more than 350 individuals, businesses, and community organizations have already shared what makes this city home. This new partnership brings that spirit into a new space, connecting St. Louis’s brewing heritage with the stories that define us. A portion of proceeds from this collaboration will support the Missouri Historical Society and its mission to preserve and share our region’s history.

Join us as for the debut of the I Am St. Louis Pilsner at the Route 66 Centennial Concert on April 30 at the Missouri History Museum.

🎶 Live music from Sweetie & The Toothaches
🌆 Forest Park at sunset
🚗 A celebration of U.S. Route 66 and the communities it connects

This concert is sponsored by St. Louis Magazine, Explore St. Louis and St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation.
