This evening, our team conducted a vehicle retrieval operation in Mascoutah. The driver managed to roll down the window enough to swim to safety, thus preventing potentially severe consequences. We recommend that all vehicle owners equip their vehicles with a window breaker. Joe completed his inaugural vehicle recovery successfully, and Aaron, Jim and Brian did not need to enter the water today. 🥶

Today marks the 54th year of our annual kids’ Christmas party! We had 75 kids join us today, all leaving with bags full of toys and smiles from ear to ear. Moments like this make all the hard work of raising money throughout the year completely worth it. There are so many people to thank, and I hope I don’t miss anyone! First, a big thank you to everyone who came out to our BBQs or stopped by our street corners. A special shout-out to the Christmas Consignment Crawl—they really stepped up this year and made a huge difference! I’d also like to thank the O'Fallon Fire Department, O'Fallon Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #198, Moreland Exteriors LLC, O'Fallon, IL, Moose Lodge 2608 Home Heating & Cooling, Mike and Sue Kombrink Farms, Dave Witter, Iron Workers local 392, The O’Fallon sportsman’s club, Bank of O’Fallon, and State Construction. The Girl scouts, Thank you all for your support!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing group from the Christmas Consignment Crawl! After getting snowed out on one of our biggest fundraising days of the year, things weren’t looking great for our annual kids’ Christmas party. But this incredible group raised $5,740 for us and saved Christmas! Words can’t express our gratitude. For 50 years we’ve been hosting this party for kids in O’Fallon, and with continued community support, we hope to keep it going for another 50! Thanks also to Home Heating and Cooling, Moreland exteriors, O’Fallon Fire, O'Fallon Moose, and O’Fallon F.O.P. Lodge 198 for your ongoing support!

Update-Willaim has been found!

Bill Crispin is still missing. This is an updated photo of Bill from his family. Bill may have a mustache, as this picture was from August 3rd. Bill was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, a black hat, and blue jeans.

Bill was last seen eastbound on Frank Scott Parkway East near Christ Church in Fairview Heights. Please contact the Swansea Police Department at 618-233-8114 with any information.
