Check and verify! One is Clara the Cow and the other is an imposter Happy the Cow. Can you spot the difference?
What if you couldn't see them?
Could you tell the difference in how they speak, their voices, or their words?
What if you were convinced with your ears you knew who the imposter is, but your eyes say, "It can't be true. She's so lovable. Maybe we could overlook it?"

We are warned in 2 Peter 2 that false prophets and false teachers will arise among us... who will secretly introduce destructive heresies... Many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be maligned; they will exploit you with false words; ... It's a short chapter and we encourage you to read it yourself.

Matthew chapter 7 verse 15 reads: Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

1st John chapter 4 verse 1 reads: Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Check and verify that what you are hearing, what you are seeing, and what you are receiving is of accordance with God's Word. Check and Verify.
