Nyack SEPTSA

Nyack SEPTSA Special Education Parent Teacher Student Associations (or SEPTSA) are designed to help parents' advocate for special needs children.

It is a place for parents, teachers and Students to exchange information on various programs, funding, ever-changing state and federal laws and to support each other on the many problems of adjustment, growth and development our members face. SEPTSA has regular meetings just like any other PTA, with speakers to run lectures or workshops on many pressing issues for our children.

Join Rockland BOCES and Rockland Transition Consortium on April 30th to gain information about opportunities and support available for individuals with disabilities in Rockland and surrounding areas for now and in the future! Resources will be available in the areas of: adult services, 2/4 year colleges, college experience programs, recreation opportunities, social groups, benefits, vocational supports and much, much more! We will have over 60 resource tables and a number of presentations that you can attend. Join us for all or part of the fair, there’s no need to register!
