Nyack Homeless Project Nyack Homeless Project (NHP) collects food and warm coats for those in need in Rockland County and teaches youth the importance of helping others. in need.

The Nyack Homeless Project, Ltd. (NHP) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) grass roots nonsectarian volunteer group that encourages adults, teens, children, groups, businesses and their communities to directly make a difference by aiding those in need during the cold days of winter. It is our aim to collect non- perishable food and new warm coats, hats, gloves and socks from Dec.1 - Dec. 22 Only and dist

*We give Community Service Credit Hours *

This Year the NHP Will Donate to people in need at approximately 30 different places, programs, shelters, soup kitchens, food pantries throughout Rockland County. THE NHP COLLECTS:
New winter coats, hats, gloves,socks, blankets, new toiletries, canned/boxed foods as well as financial donations to purchase additional warm coats and food, especially for children. Financial donations are accepted year round. All donations DIRECTLY go to feed and clothe men, women, families, and especially children. www.nyackhp.org

As families in our communities are being targeted and torn apart, it’s up to us to stand up for the most vulnerable. So please joins us in supporting Proyecto Faro’s 3rd Unity Walk on Saturday, October 11th from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. It’s imperative that we push back against the narrative of hate, division and fear for one of acceptance, togetherness, and compassion. Let’s make it clear which narrative we want to write and by supporting Faro will be doing just that!
