Service to the public; Assist in the achievement of artistic objectives of our citizens, including activities designed to promote and strengthen the arts, such as music, drama, dance, visual arts (painting, sculpture, woodworking, weaving, photography, ect.) and the whole creative process. re groups & organizations in our West End Communities. As a supporter of the arts, one does not have to be involved in the creative process. One can merely enjoy and celebrate the talents of others by supporting , through WECA membership, the wide variety of artistic endeavors in our communities.
