Kostroma Kids Program Since 2004, we have been working with kids living in Russian orphanages and foster families, and kids who have left the orphanages.

Since 2004, we have been working with kids living in Russian orphanages and foster families and with kids who have left the orphanage system. We provide assistance in many ways, but our main focus is providing a summer program for the kids which includes daily fun and educational activities.
