Last night, our Michigan State Fair family came together for the annual Harvest Dinner — an evening dedicated to celebrating this year’s incredible achievements and honoring everyone who made them possible.
This year’s fair welcomed over 200,000 visitors from 213 communities across Michigan — a true testament to the fair’s growing reach, impact, and the shared pride we all have in this great state. The support we’ve received not only fuels the growth of the fair itself, but also allows us to give back in powerful ways.
To date, the Michigan State Fair has contributed more than $8 million to local communities — including over $800,000 this year alone!
We were also thrilled to announce that through our “Moovin’ Thru the Midway 5K,” we were able to donate $17,500 to Military Families United — a cause close to our hearts.
The evening was filled with moments of gratitude and celebration. A special thank you to Chef Andrew, who handcrafted an unforgettable meal featuring ingredients grown right in our Michigan State Fair Youth Educational Garden. From garden to gourmet, every bite showcased the spirit of Michigan agriculture.
And what an incredible performance by Izzy Joy, our 2025 Michigan State Fair Superstar winner, whose powerful vocals and piano artistry lit up the evening.
As we look ahead, we’re inspired by what we’ve accomplished together — and even more excited about what’s to come.
