roviding a variety of mental health services to children, families, and adults, including Family Service Agency’s childhood trauma services, Suicide Prevention and Community Counseling, family crisis counseling, the Helen Vine Detox Center, and Buckelew Programs affordable housing, employment assistance and individualized, person-centered, holistic services that promote wellness and recovery for adults with serious mental illness. The purpose of our programs is to help people with mental health and substance use disorders to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities.

💜 Hope & Help is a campaign started by the Marin Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to bring awareness to the 988 resources, decrease the stigma of reaching out for help, and spreading the stories of those who’ve walked the path to recovery. The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors has proclaimed September 2026 as Su***de Prevention Month! This month helps bring awareness about su***de and encourage those conversations that may help someone feel less alone and connect them to critical care when they need it most.

Help is available:
• Call, text or chat with 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline — Su***de & Crisis Lifeline 📞
• Sonoma County residents can also call 988 to access local mobile crisis support. Trained dispatchers can connect callers with the appropriate local crisis response team.
