First time I publicly broke out my NFL Alumni Honorary Member “fit”. It was the 49ers Legends event at Kezar Stadium, the original home of the 49ers (1946-1970). I received the jacket as the 2026 winner of the RC Owens “Helping Hands” Award for community service. So honored to be involved in this ever building Vern Glenn Invitational, which raises monies for kids/families from underserved diverse backgrounds, families of fallen first responders, and kids who are bullied, introverts, left out victims of violence in schools and at home. 49ers & HOF great Bryant Young liked it.

Got fitted for my blazer at Cassara’s Italian Menswear in Dublin. I’m so blessed to be honored by the NFL Alumni NorCal chapter with the 2026 RC Owens “ Helping Hands Award “ for community service. Long before the Vern Glenn Invitational, I emceed a jillion fundraisers. Several doubling as auctioneer. It’s all about helping people. I have a terrible time saying “ No “. Thank you David August & NFL Alumni. My oldest Son Zack will be my presenter July 24 at Cinnabar Hills Golf Course on the San Jose/Morgan Hill border. I wish RC could see this.

Shane Van Gisenbergen won NASCAR’s Sonoma Raceway stop, the “ Toyota/Savemart 350 “ and became repeat champion. Vern Glenn Invitational Auction winner Dorion Wood & her family saw it from the “Turn 4 Club”
