Learn about the world's oceans and marine mammals with a coloring sheet that can be customized. One way families can make a difference is by supporting local conservation groups like the Marine Mammal Center. Even small donations, when combined with others, help fund rescue, rehabilitation, research, education, and protection efforts for marine wildlife. Together, we can inspire the next generation of ocean stewards and help keep our oceans healthy for all living things. 💙

We are so grateful to have had this opportunity. We love the ocean and all of the incredible creatures that call it home. Spending time with our community sharing, learning, and celebrating ocean conservation made this experience especially meaningful. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so memorable. Together, we can inspire the next generation to appreciate, protect, and care for our oceans and the amazing marine life that depends on them. 🌊🐋💙

We recently welcomed Mobile Maker Club to our hospital and education center for a special World Ocean Day maker activity 🌊

Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about our shared ocean and the important role we all play in protecting it. Everyone who participated really let their creativity shine 🌟🦭

We're grateful for Mobile Maker Club's support of our work and finding hands-on ways for ocean heroes of all ages to make connections to ocean conservation.

Looking for a free family-friendly day out? We're open to the public Friday through Monday from 10am-4pm. 🔗 in the comments below 👇 to reserve your tickets.

This week in Mobile Maker Club, we explored the amazing world of chameleons!

Students enjoyed reading "Colorful Chameleons" by National Geographic and learned fascinating facts about these unique reptiles, including their habitats, adaptations, and incredible ability to change color.

One of the highlights was discovering how a chameleon's long, sticky tongue helps it catch food with remarkable speed and accuracy. Students had a blast creating their own colorful chameleon projects and exploring how these amazing animals survive in the wild.

Learning about science through hands-on making, creativity, and storytelling makes every lesson an adventure. Super fun! especially with the party blowers used for their tongues (with the noise removed for the adults).

Today in the Mobile Maker Lab, students designed and built their own mini houses powered by both solar energy and batteries!

Our young makers explored basic engineering, electricity, renewable energy, and creative design. It was exciting to watch each student test ideas, solve problems, and customize their projects.

With 8 enthusiastic builders in the lab, the energy was high, and the creativity was even higher. What a fun way to celebrate the start of summer break! We are so proud of the innovation, teamwork, and curiosity these students demonstrated today.
Wishing all of our families a wonderful summer filled with exploration, creativity, and new adventures.
