In Joey Rettino's Substack article "Something to Take From Greenland," he argues that the only business we have in Greenland is learning from their health care system. After WWII, the US was close to establishing its own universal health care system, but lobbying by an industry trade group killed the proposal (with Ronald Reagan as the literal poster boy).
With a 24% approval rating, Americans do *not* approve of Trump's threats on Greenland. However, 65% of Americans currently approve of a Medicare for All health care system.
The choice is clear: universal health care, not threats to our neighbor's sovereignty.

Do the math. Passing a Medicare for All law will increase your income. If someone disingenuously asks the question of “how are you going to pay for it”? here is the financial answer. It would pay for itself, and then give your family a few hundred dollars a month to keep. That’s a great deal when you look beyond the propaganda from the health insurance industry.
