The Red Heifer and the Cleansing Power of Yeshua

This week’s Torah portion, Chukat, reveals one of the great mysteries of Scripture: the red heifer. Sacrificed outside the camp and connected to cleansing water, it points forward to the sacrifice of Yeshua, who also suffered outside the camp to cleanse and restore us.

The message is deeply personal: we all need His cleansing every day. Through Yeshua HaMashiach, God has made a way for impurity, shame, and distance to be washed away so we can draw near to Him again.

Stop Comparing Your Calling to Someone Else’s

This week’s Torah portion, Korach, explores the dangers of rebellion, comparison, and misunderstanding God-given authority. Korach’s challenge against Moses and Aaron reminds us that God has a unique purpose and calling for every person—and that our value is not found in someone else’s position.

When we compare ourselves to others, we lose sight of what God has entrusted to us. Instead of measuring ourselves against people, Scripture calls us to keep our eyes on the Lord, who equips each of us to fulfill the purpose He has designed for our lives.

What Report Are You Believing?

This week’s Torah portion, Shlach Lecha, reminds us that faith often comes down to which voice we choose to trust. Twelve spies saw the same land, but only Joshua and Caleb saw it through the lens of God’s promises instead of fear.

The challenges before us may be real, but God’s faithfulness is greater. When we put Him first and trust His Word above our circumstances, faith begins to grow. Today, ask the Lord what the disciples once asked: “Increase our faith.”

No Matter How Broken You Feel, God Made a Way

This week’s Torah portion, Beha’alotecha, reveals powerful mysteries hidden within the Tabernacle and the sacrificial system. From water mixed with ashes to the offerings brought before the Lord, every detail points toward redemption, cleansing, and the sacrifice of Yeshua to come.

No matter how unclean, broken, or distant someone may feel, God has already made provision. Through Messiah, life comes out of death, shame is replaced with restoration, and hope is made available to all.

Receive the Blessing God Put His Name On

Yesterday's Torah portion, Naso, includes one of the most powerful blessings in Scripture: the Priestly Blessing. From Adam and Eve to Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Aaron, God has always desired to bless His people and place His name upon them.

Today, receive this blessing over your life: may the Lord bless you, keep you, shine His face upon you, and grant you His shalom — the peace that passes understanding.

What Does It Really Mean to “Let Go and Let God”?

This week’s Torah portion, Behar, reveals a powerful biblical rhythm of rest, release, and trust. From the Sabbath day to the Shemitah year and ultimately the Year of Jubilee, God was teaching His people to loosen their grip, trust His provision, and live in freedom instead of striving.

The Jubilee was a time of restoration—debts were released, land was returned, and people were reminded that true freedom comes from the Lord. Even today, God still calls us to surrender control, trust His timing, and celebrate the freedom found in Him.

You Have a Place in God’s House

This week’s Torah portion, Emor, reminds us that God never created a spiritual caste system—He created a people where everyone has a role. From the priests to the Levites to all Israel, each person had a place in serving His purposes.

That picture continues through Messiah today. If you are grafted into God’s covenant through Yeshua, you belong, you have purpose, and you have a place in His redemptive plan.

Is There Really Only One Way to God?

Yesterday’s Torah portion, Acharei Mot, leaves us with a profound question: can we approach God any way we choose? The story of Nadab and Abihu is a sobering reminder that God makes a way to Himself—and invites us to come according to His design.

Many have searched for God through other paths, yet Yeshua declares He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. What may seem exclusive is actually a loving invitation into the only path that truly leads to the Father.
