Lanham Village

Lanham Village Lanham Lanham Village is located in the beautiful city of Novato, California on what used to be Hamilton Air Force Base.

We are approximately 7 miles north of Central San Rafael and 20 miles north of San Francisco. We are 45 minutes from the Napa Valley wineries, only a few minutes south of Highway 37 where it meets Highway 101 in Novato. This pleasant and quiet community consists of 154 attractively-designed and well-maintained condominiums varying in model design and size on 15 acres of park like beauty (about 476

trees of 33 species) not found in any other community at twice the price. Much of what was the Hamilton Air Force Base is being converted into parks with playground equipment, a pool, a skate park, as well as other assets to the community. Hiking and bicycle trails with views of nearby wetlands and surrounding foothills offers an escape from suburbia without requiring the use of a car.

It was a wonderful holiday season in Lanham Village this year! The many lights and decorations were truly magical. Many thanks to Danya who took the time to express her appreciation to everyone!

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for our area from late tonight through Wednesday afternoon. A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding, which is a very dangerous situation.
