S/No Balls Dance Party – Coronaversion 2021
Resale to the Rescue -- a huge and important supporter of the Frantz Fund -- won’t be able to mix it up on the dance floor this year, thanks to COVID-19.
However! With your support, the virtual version of the event still can get the job done!
Throughout March, RTTR is selling “tickets” for $10. Every ticket sold will go into a drawing for real tickets to the March 5, 2022 dance party, and other prizes. And get this: All money raised this week (through March 6) will be matched up to $2,000 by Jordan Auto Group. So don’t dawdle!
The goal this month is to raise $20,000. Every penny of the proceeds will be used to spay or neuter dogs and cats in this community. And what a difference that can make! Last year’s Dance Party proceeds paid for more than 400 surgeries.
You can make “ticket” donations at the store (905 W. McKinley Ave., Mishawaka) or online. For details, check out the Resale to the Rescue page or website, www.resaletotherescue.org.

Because the veterinary clinics that provide Frantz Fund-supported services have been limited by COVID-19 restrictions, we also are limited in the services available at this time. We will continue to support these services just as soon as possible.

There’s no ball like S/No Ball!
Party with the Whistle Pigs, HUGE silent auction, AMAZING bake sale, full cash bar!

(10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday)
All S/No Ball proceeds will pay for spay-neuter of pets belonging to low-income families.

Why do we have a S/No Balls Dance Party?

Last year, the very first year we had this event, we raised $19,000 for spay/neuter services in our local community! How was that money spent? Well, every single dime of that $19,000 (plus $2,000 from our trivia night) went to spaying and neutering local cats and dogs. Here is how it breaks down.....

During our "Happy Neuter Year" promotion at the ABC Clinic, we paid for half of all spays and neuters during the month of January. Here are those numbers:
Dogs: 152 (Males 86/Females 66)
Cats: 241 (Males 133/Females 108)

During our Kitten Caboodle promotion at the ABC Clinic, the owner paid for the momma (or papa) cat, and we paid for the spay/neuter of all the kittens in that litter. Here are those numbers:
Cats: 142 (Male 83/Female 59)

That is a total of 535 animals that can no longer produce offspring!!! (At an average cost of about $39.00 per animal.) If those animals had not been altered and were allowed to reproduce, there would literally be THOUSANDS of more animals in our community ending up in shelters, rescues, dumped, in bad situations, or being euthanized. Let that sink in.....THOUSANDS!

Sure the dance is great fun.....who doesn't have fun when the Whistle Pigs are playing? But, it is also an important service to our community's animals, rescues, shelters, and residents. Our goals are to reduce the number of animals in our area rescues and shelters, and also reduce the number of animals euthanized in our shelters.

So, come to the dance....have a fabulous time....and know that you are helping save lives!

Frant Fund Friends, you won’t want to miss this event. Not only does Resale to the Rescue support the Frantz Fund in a big way, but all money raised March 9 will be used directly to pay for spay and neuter surgeries.
