We are looking for a Montessori trained lead teacher (3 to 6) to join us as we open our new location. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited about building a classroom community from the ground up! We are also hiring for Nap time/aftercare/summer 2027 lead position. This candidate does not need to be Montessori trained, but has experience working with children.

Over-the-Rhine..here we come!! We’re opening a second location at 1401 Elm St. right across from Washington Park & Music Hall😍
As we expand, we’re staying grounded in what makes Azalea special-thoughtful Montessori environments, strong relationships with families, and a program that truly responds to the community around it. This new space will reflect the same care and intention, shaped by the families and neighborhood we’re joining.
We’re proud to share that we offer Publicly Funded Child Care (vouchers) and the EdChoice Scholarship, making our program more accessible to more families.
