We’ve got something worth singing about…🎤🍷

Another exciting addition is coming to Factory 52! Say hello to Sips Karaoke Bar + Lounge, planning to open its doors in January 2027.

Created by husband-and-wife duo Rieley and Taylor Armour, Sips Karaoke Bar + Lounge is bringing a fresh take on nightlife to campus with six private karaoke pods for groups of 4–12, a comfortable lounge for gathering with friends, a wine-focused drink menu, and plenty of shareable bites.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a night out with friends, or just looking for an excuse to grab the microphone, Sips is bringing a whole new way to spend an evening at Factory 52.

As our first 21+ venue, we’re excited to add another entertainment experience to campus and can’t wait to welcome Sips to the neighborhood!
