Norwich Public Schools held the first of several Elementary Redistricting Public Information Meetings. We understand that families may have questions and concerns regarding the proposed changes.

As shared during the meeting, this is only the beginning phase of the process. The Board of Education will review all feedback and make a decision in the fall regarding which proposed scenario may move forward.

These meetings are an important opportunity for families and community members to share their thoughts and feedback.

We want to sincerely apologize to all teachers and parents for the technical and scheduling issues that prevented today’s Teacher Appreciation Week meeting from taking place as planned.

We understand your time is valuable, and we truly appreciate your patience and flexibility.

The meeting has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 5:00 PM and will be held virtually only. We hope you’re able to join us then, as we come together to plan the celebration of our teachers at Moriarty.

Hey neighbors! 🌸

Are you feeling the good energy with this beautiful weather? We are! And so are our kids!!

If you’re doing any spring cleaning, we could really use your help 😊 Moriarty elementary school is looking for gently used recess equipment to help keep kids active and having fun during the school day.

With construction going on, recess space (and equipment) is a bit limited right now—so anything you can pass along would mean a lot!

Drop-off is April 6–9 from 3:00–3:30 PM during pick-up.
