A huge thank you to Natalie from the Education Center for speaking to our intermediate class last week. Natalie shared information on all of the amazing trainings they offer at HEC, including Community Health Worker, QPR, CPR, and Medical Interpreter. Our students were very interested in these opportunities and learning ways they can help in our community. Being multi-lingual sure is a super power!! Thanks Natalie!!

Student of the month is a big honor at RCLC! Congrats to Wendy, pictured here with teacher Yolette, for being nominated for student of the month for May! Wendy is consistent with being on time to school, working on his Engen lessons at home, and being an active participant in class. Wendy has big dreams to go in to the computer science field and we have no doubt he will succeed! Show some love to Wendy!!

We are so proud of all of her hard work, dedication, and commitment to helping others. Our students and staff are lucky to learn from and work alongside her every day. Congratulations, Amy! Such an amazing accomlishment!

This right here. Watching former adult education students walk across the stage to earn their college degrees (even earning Magna Cum Laude) is the greatest reminder of why this work matters. They didn't stop. They didn't give up. They challenged themselves. They leveled up. Congratulations to the CT State Three Rivers Class of 2026! We can't wait to see what you accomplish next ❤️

We are so thankful to the Jewish Federation of Eastern CT for donating Dignity Grows bags to our learners! These bags are filled with essential hygiene products and are such a meaningful support for so many in our community. 💜
