πŸŽ‰πŸŽ“ Congratulations to Our Haitian Creole Program Graduates! πŸŽ“πŸŽ‰

Today, the Haitian Community Center of Greater Norwich proudly celebrates the graduation of our Haitian Creole Program students! We are incredibly grateful to Project PEACE for their support and partnership, which has helped make a meaningful impact in our community and in the lives of our participants.

Learning a language is more than just gaining new wordsβ€”it is about building connections, preserving culture, and creating opportunities. We are so proud of each student for their dedication, hard work, and commitment throughout the program.

To celebrate this special achievement, we gathered together for a wonderful graduation celebration featuring delicious Haitian fritay, refreshing Kola Lakay, and great fellowship. It was a joyful day filled with laughter, pride, and community spirit.

Thank you to Project PEACE, our instructors, volunteers, and everyone who continues to support our mission of empowering our community through education and cultural enrichment.

Please join us in congratulating our graduates! πŸ‘πŸ‡πŸ‡Ήβ€οΈπŸ’™

In observance of Juneteenth, the Haitian Community Center of Greater Norwich will be closed on Friday, June 19th.

Juneteenth commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and serves as a time to reflect on freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equality and justice for all.

We encourage our community to take this opportunity to learn, celebrate, and honor the rich history and contributions of African Americans.

Our office will resume normal business hours on the following business day.
