As the weather gets warmer and you are likely spending more time in and near the water with your children, The Family Place wants to remind everyone of these water safety tips to protect your children from accidental drowning.

Kids with mental health challenges aren’t damaged – and they are not to blame. Mental health disorders aren’t caused by bad parenting, and they’re more than just a rough patch or a bad mood.

Young people often don’t yet have the skills or experience to manage the distress these challenges can bring. The truth is, most kids don’t simply “grow out of it.” Without support, symptoms can worsen over time – but with early care and support, outcomes can improve significantly.

Join an Artistree instructor for a playful toddler art workshop full of color, creativity, and sensory-rich fun. Through open-ended, hands-on exploration, little artists will create, experiment, and express—no perfection required!
