With great pride and admiration, the Maine Snowmobile Association announces Ken Gammon as the 2026 recipient of the โ€œBarney Robichaudโ€ Groomer of the Year Award.

A cornerstone of the Norway Trackers Snowmobile Club, Kenโ€™s decades of dedication, leadership, and craftsmanship have set the standard for trail grooming excellence. His tireless commitmentโ€”spending countless hours behind the controls, maintaining equipment, and mentoring the next generationโ€”has ensured exceptional trail conditions and elevated the experience for riders across the region.

Widely respected as the clubโ€™s โ€œgo-toโ€ person, Kenโ€™s skill, generosity, and unwavering passion embody the very spirit of Maine snowmobiling. His impact extends far beyond the trails, strengthening the community and preserving the tradition for years to come.

Please join us in celebrating Ken Gammon on this outstanding and well-earned honor!

Last night we hosted our Landowner Dinner! Thank you to all of our wonderful landowners for supporting our trail system. Big thanks to Kris MacCabe from the Maine Warden Service and Al Swett from the Maine Snowmobile Association for joining us to speak with our landowners! Shoutout to the Norway Trackers club members that helped by providing the meal, and hosting the event! And also thanks to Norway Commons for providing the space for the event! Great evening for all.

TRAILS ARE CLOSED

Well mother nature has made her decision, for now Trails are Closed.
It looks like for the season.

Please respect our landowners and the all of our club's hard work. Please do not ride anymore as this will cause damage to our landowner's property.

Once again we would like to thank our landowners for the use of their land that makes all of this possible!

We need to thank all of our volunteer club members that spent hundreds of hours preparing and maintaining our 60+ mile trail system again this year. Without them this also would not happen!

The work is not done as we will have more work parties in the future for sign and snow fence teardown.

PS: This is only 3 days earlier closing trails than last year.

Thanks,
Trailmaster Troy
