IBO WELCOMES THREE NEW MEMBERS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The International Bowhunting Organization is proud to welcome Randy Irvine, Tom Prody, and Joshua Blair to the IBO Board of Directors!
Each brings a unique background, years of experience, and a strong commitment to archery and the IBO. Their knowledge and leadership will provide valuable perspectives as we continue strengthening our programs, expanding opportunities for archers, and building for the future.
RANDY IRVINE – Board Member
Longtime IBO traditional archer Randy Irvine of West Virginia brings decades of experience with the IBO to the Board.
Randy is a multi-class IBO Traditional World Champion, National Triple Crown Champion, IBO Shooter of the Year, West Virginia IBO State Representative, and longtime advocate and adviser for IBO traditional archery.
His experience as a competitor, state representative, and leader within the traditional archery community will be a tremendous resource as we continue supporting and growing all facets of the IBO.
TOM PRODY – Board Member
Longtime IBO team member Tom Prody of Pennsylvania has served as a Pennsylvania IBO State Representative and has played an important role in the continued success of the IBO in Pennsylvania.
Tom, along with his wife Julie, has been instrumental in hosting the 2nd Leg of the IBO National Triple Crown at Two-Mile Run County Park in Franklin, Pennsylvania, as well as IBO World Qualifiers. As both a competitor and an experienced tournament host, Tom brings firsthand knowledge of many different sides of the IBO.
His years of service, leadership, and event experience will be a valuable addition to the Board.
JOSHUA BLAIR – Board Member
Joshua Blair of Lancaster, Ohio, joined the IBO team in 2022 and currently serves as the Director of the IBO 3D Challenge. Prior to joining the IBO, Josh spent 15 years as an archery coach at Fairfield Christian Academy.
Since joining our team, Josh has played an important role in growing our youth programs and expanding opportunities for young archers and families to experience 3D archery. His coaching experience, knowledge of youth archery, and enthusiasm for growing the sport will bring an important perspective to the Board.
