This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave servicemembers who gave their lives in service to our nation.

Every flag placed and every name etched in stone represents a daughter, son, parent, friend, or neighbor. Their sacrifice is a lasting reminder that the pursuit of this nation’s ideals, freedom, democracy, and the promise of a better future, has often been secured at an immeasurable cost.

This Memorial Day, we encourage you to learn about the lives they lived, the character they carried, and to share their stories.

May the sacrifices made by those lost inspire us to live our own lives with greater purpose, gratitude, and service to one another.

💐 Happy Mother’s Day from Southeast Academy High School 💐

Today, we honor the mothers, caregivers, chosen family members, mentors, and nurturing figures who show up with love, care, guidance, and support in so many different ways.

Thank you for the countless sacrifices, encouragement, and strength you provide to our cadets and community every single day. Your impact reaches far beyond words, and we are grateful for all that you do.

We kicked off Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week by showing a little love to the incredible individuals who keep our school running strong every day.

Today, we started with a grab-and-go snack and drink station to keep our teachers and staff fueled and feeling appreciated throughout the week!

And we’re not done yet… we’ll be wrapping up the week with a special breakfast bar to celebrate them the way they deserve 🍩🥐

To our Glenn and Southeast staff and teachers, thank you for everything you do, we appreciate you more than words can say!


Dimos inicio a la Semana de Apreciación para Maestros y Personal mostrando un poco de cariño a las increíbles personas que mantienen nuestra escuela funcionando con fuerza todos los días.
Hoy comenzamos con una estación de refrigerios y bebidas “grab-and-go” para mantener a nuestros maestros y personal con energía y sintiéndose valorados durante toda la semana.
Y aún no terminamos… cerraremos la semana con una barra especial de desayuno para celebrarlos como se merecen 🍩🥐
A nuestro personal y maestros de Glenn y Southeast, gracias por todo lo que hacen; ¡los apreciamos más de lo que las palabras pueden expresar!

Our cadets are putting in the final touches and getting squared away for tomorrow’s Golden Bear Competition at North High School in Torrance!

⏰ Kickoff at 8AM (SEA event times TBD)

Huge thanks to our Booster Club and SEA families for working behind the scenes to make tomorrow possible, we couldn’t do it without you!

Before Spring Break, our cadets brought home this flyer along with a white donation bag to help get started and now it’s time to fill them up!

Didn’t receive one or need an extra? We’ve got you covered, additional bags are available if needed!
