💜 Overdose Awareness Event – Huron County 💜

Today, our community came together to honor the lives lost to overdose, support those who are still struggling, and remind everyone that recovery is possible and no one has to face this alone.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the community members who came out and supported this Overdose Awareness event. Your presence, compassion, and willingness to stand together mean more than you know. 💜

We also want to give a special thank you to our incredible Let’s Get Real staff for their hard work, dedication, and continued commitment to serving our community. Your passion and heart make a difference every single day.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has strong computer skills
✔️ Has excellent customer service skills
✔️ Has knowledge of Substance Use Disorder and the recovery community
✔️ Is compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference

💚 Peer support experience is NOT required!

This position is an opportunity to connect individuals with support, information, resources, and hope as they navigate their recovery journey.

When you're struggling with addiction or supporting someone who is, you don't have to navigate it alone. A Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (CPRS) is someone with lived experience in recovery who has been trained to walk alongside you, offering hope, encouragement, and guidance every step of the way.
