We also would like to say thank you to all the area fire departments that came to assist us. It truly is a relief to know when battle wages we have back up from all over that is willing to drop everything and come help.
To the local farmers that came out in force with tractors, disc, and water trucks, Thank you. We truly are lucky to have so many people that care about the public to come together and risk their equipment and life to help fight the fires.
To our own firemen, thank you for your fast response and the dedication you all show year after year. Your dedication is noticed and appreciated. Thank you to the fire board for getting us the equipment we need to fight the fires.
To the Sherrifs office and EMS thank you for all you do keeping the scene safe and firemen safe.
And last but certainly not least, Thank you to the dispatchers that have to deal with all the radio traffic and phone calls. We know you have our backs and we couldn't do our job without you behind the headset calling in help and tracking the activity.
