One of The Giving Doll chapters at Pins and Needles ,Middleburg Heights, Ohio making a difference in their community.

Parma Fire wants to thank PinsandNeedles of Middleburg Heights for donating a collection hand made dolls for possible child victims of structure fires. The dolls are intended to help given to them in the event that they lose their belongings and need a small comfort following a fire. Thanks for your support and stay safe.

Weighted dolls ,similar to weighted blankets,made for a local school to use in their Sensory Room to calm the younger children. Mission accomplished. The weight does tend to make the dolls feel like they are giving you a hug.
