Day 2 of NEDA week: you are wonderfully made just the way you are! You don’t need to take up less space.

Society teaches us that the less space we take up, the more important we are. This is so false and has hurt so many people. Your body is meant to take up space in order for you to move, explore the world, and be part of family functions. We want you to take up space because that means you are in our lives! You are wonderfully made just the way you are ❤️ proud of all of our ED recovery warriors!

This week is National eating disorder awareness week! We will be posting quotes that have helped people in recovery from their Ed’s.
Today’s message: recovery isn’t linear. You will have really awesome victories and hard moments throughout your recovery. Don’t get discouraged from the hard moments, you are doing wonderful things battling your eating disorder. It doesn’t mean that all the progress you have made is wasted.
Keep fighting! 💙
