Flag Rock Overlook is located in the City of Norton, Virginia's Flag Rock Recreation Area, a thousand-acre park on the lower slopes of High K**b. The park offers scenic overlooks, a 10+ mile trail system open to mountain biking and foot travel, a state-stocked trout fishery at the Norton Upper Reservoir, an 18-site campground, picnic shelters, and more.
