🍂⚽ FALL FIELD CLEANUP – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! ⚽🍂

It’s time to get our soccer fields ready for winter! We’ll be bringing in the goals and securing them for winter storage, and we could use some extra hands to get the job done.

📅 Thursday, October 29
⏰ 5:30 PM

Whether you’re a parent, coach, or just someone who wants to help out, we’d appreciate your time! Many hands make light work, and the more volunteers we have, the quicker we can wrap things up. 💪

Thank you for helping us take care of our fields and get everything ready for next season! ⚓💙

⚽ Happy National Coaches Day! ⚽

Today we’re giving a big thank you to all of our past and present volunteer coaches who have given their time, energy, and knowledge to our players, no matter how hot, cold, rainy, or windy it is!

From practices and game days to all the little moments in between, your commitment helps make Sailor Soccer Club what it is.

We appreciate you today and every day. Thank you, coaches! 💙⚽

📣 VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED! ⚽

It takes a lot of helping hands to keep our fields and game days running smoothly! We're looking for volunteers to help with:

⚽ Field Painting – Thursday evenings! If your player is already practicing that night, it’s the perfect time to help freshen up the fields.

Site Directors – Help keep game days running smoothly by assisting teams, referees, and families. We ask that Site Directors sign up for shifts when they do not have a player playing.

Set Up/Tear Down - Have the first or last game of the day? If you can help set up or put away corner flags and benches, we’d really appreciate it!

🌭 Concession Stand – Help take orders, prepare food and drinks, and keep things running smoothly.

Even an hour of your time can make a big difference!

🚫 NO GOLFING AT THE SOCCER FIELDS 🚫

We’ve recently had an increase in people golfing at our soccer fields, and unfortunately, it has already caused damage to the fields.

Please do NOT golf at our soccer complex. These fields are maintained for our soccer players and are not designated golf areas.

⛳ Why is golfing a problem?

It damages the fields: Golf shots create divots and holes that damage the grass and now has made the playing surface uneven.

It creates a safety hazard: Golf balls can be difficult to see and are being left behind on the field. A player, coach, referee, or spectator could trip over a ball and be injured.

Thank you for respecting our fields and our soccer community! 💙⚽️

TONIGHT we’re getting the Sailor Soccer Fields ready for the season, and we could use some extra hands! We hope to see you out there!

📅 Today, Wednesday, August 19th
⏰ 6:00–7:30 PM
📍 Sailor Soccer Fields

We’ll be working on:
• Moving goals onto the fields
• Replacing nets
• Filling sandbags to help secure the goals

If you have a small shovel, please bring it with you! We’ll need them to fill the bags with sand.

Whether you can stay the whole time or only help for a little while, we’d really appreciate it! Let’s get the fields ready for another great season. ⚽

Thank you to everyone who volunteers and helps make Sailor Soccer possible!
