Our mission is to operate a riverboat for the residents and visitors of the Central Susquehanna River Valley and to increase
recreation, tourism and economic development while enhancing appreciation and education on the history and ecology of the region. Central Susquehanna Riverboat Society (CSRS) is a Pennsylvania Non-Profit 501c3 organized to promote tourism, recreation, economic development a
nd education in the middle Susquehanna region, with a particular emphasis on the history and ecology of the river and its communities. CSRS will offer quality river cruises on a paddle wheel riverboat on the Susquehanna River serving tourists and residents of the Central Susquehanna River region and beyond. In order to assure that anyone interested in our activities is able to attend, CSRS will focus on giving back to the community by offering reduced rates and scholarship programs to schools, scout groups, environmental camps and individuals. Our mission is to operate a paddlewheel riverboat on Lake Augusta to increase recreation, tourism, and economic development while enhancing appreciation and education on the history and ecology of the Susquehanna River and its community.
