Our mission to help the underserved community continues and we are hoping you can support our cause for a 22 year-old college student whose year started with a diagnosis of a pituitary adenoma (a brain tumor) and is in need of urgent medical attention. The nureosurgery at American University Beirut (AUB) will cost a miminum of $11,000 and the family does not have the means to green light this surgery. They have knocked on the doors of so many non-profit organizations and all said they have no budget. With no government aid and no insurance, the family are stuck and they eventually reached out to our organization for help. Remembering August 4, 2020 - the Beirut Port Explosion.

Over 200 souls were lost and 7,000 more were injured. The ALO Cultural Foundation remains dedicated to those in need throughout Lebanon.

The Foundation has already provided $146,350 in humanitarian support—from medicine to meals to physical therapy— needed in the aftermath. Three years later conditions have worsened to catastrophic levels. Today, over seventy-five per cent of the country now lives in poverty with little hope to put even basic, regular meals on the table.

Our work has just begun. We will never forget and not rest until our Zero Hunger Initiative is fulfilled.
