On April 7, 2006, a safe haven of support, trust, guidance, and respect was established at California State University-Northridge. Through dedication and hard work, seven strong, beautiful women Mayra Sarahi Alcantar, Ofelia Alejandra Márquez, Maria Alejandra Magaña, Regina Roxana Chiché, Mayra Alejandra Menchaca, Alejandra Hernandez, and Cassondra Leigh Herren came together to found a sorority in which their common concerns are perpetuated through our three principles. They saw a window of opportunity to redefine the meaning of true sisterhood and form a unique bond that would tie them to one another for the rest of their lives.
