Update to my last post:
If you know for a fact that you will be training during the off-season, please send me via direct message an email address that you regularly check so I can migrate you over into WrestlingIQ.
Also, I am considering opening up more days during the week for off-season club training, if there is enough interest. So if you know you want to or plan to practice through the off season but the current days don’t work for you, let me know and I will accommodate everyone as best as possible.

ATTENTION!!🎉🎉🎉
The first round of wrestling registration for youth wrestling is tomorrow at 6pm @ Toybowl football practice field located beside the NMS. Season runs from November to February and cost $300. (Incudes uniform)
If your child is unsure about wrestling they are allowed to attend up to 3 practices and if they decide it’s not for them you can get a refund.
You DO NOT have to live in the Northside school zone to participate. Boys and girls are both welcome. We hope to see your child come try it out. Ages 5 and up.

I started this club because while serving as a High School Wrestling Coach. 2 things quickly became apparent to me: unlike many other youth sports, wrestling doesn't have a youth program in Tuscaloosa County that feeds the Middle and High School teams AND my son, Aidan, fell in love with the sport.
Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in recorded history and it is the sport that comes most naturally to girls and boys of all ages and sizes. It is also the only sport that I know of that translates well with and has been shown to improve athletic performance if wrestling is not the athletes primary sport.
Our mission is to build champions both on and off of the wrestling mat. Through rigorous training of the mind and body, our wrestlers learn how to continuously improve and reach higher levels of success.
