🎉 OUR WORD FOR 2026: CLUBHOUSE 🎉

As we step into a brand-new year, the How U Doin Foundation is proud to share our Word of the Year for 2026:

🏠 CLUBHOUSE 🏠

Because this is the year everything we’ve been building toward becomes real.

The How U Doin Clubhouse, located in Northlake, Texas is planned to open in Summer 2026 and will include:

👉 5,000 square feet of indoor space
👉 5,000 square feet of outdoor space

All intentionally designed to serve teens, families, and our community through programming rooted in:
🎉 Fun
🤝 Connection
🔍 Discovery
🧭 Direction

The Clubhouse will feature:
🍕 A Pizza Kitchen for teaching, community nights, and connection
🎙 A Podcast & Media Center to amplify teen voices and real conversations
🧘 A Quiet Room for reflection, regulation, and wellness
🌿 Flexible indoor and outdoor gathering spaces built for belonging

After closing 2025 at $160,435.84 raised, we are moving into 2026 with focus and momentum. Every step we take this year ladders back to one goal:

Opening the How U Doin Clubhouse.

We are actively looking for the right corporate partners and foundations to come alongside this work. Meaningful sponsorship and naming opportunities are available for key spaces within the Clubhouse — including the Pizza Kitchen, Podcast Studio, and Quiet Room.

If this vision speaks to you — whether as a supporter, partner, or connector — we’d love for you to be part of what’s being built.

🎉 NEW YEAR’S EVE | FINAL HOURS OF 2025 🎉

As we close out an incredible year, we wanted to share this moment straight from the heart — filmed while making sauce for a New Year’s Eve pizza party and filled with gratitude.

As of today, the How U Doin Foundation has officially crossed
💥 $158,000 raised 💥

Just one year ago, we ended 2024 at $75,000. Because of an incredible community that believes in teens, families, and showing up when it matters, we’ve more than doubled that impact — and we’re still moving.

We are now just $2,000 away from reaching our next benchmark of $160,000, with year-end giving open through midnight tonight.

Every dollar in these final hours supports:
• Our Mobile Pizza Mission in neighborhoods
• Programming grounded in Fun, Connection, Discovery, and Direction
• Momentum toward opening the How U Doin Clubhouse in 2026

If you’ve been watching this journey or have been meaning to support before the year ends, tonight is the moment.

👉 Help us close the final gap before midnight:

Frankie Five Angels!
Today we celebrate more than a birthday, we celebrate a warrior, a leader, a father, a husband, an author, a heart-transplant thriver, and one of the toughest, most resilient men walking this earth.

Frank Parisi isn’t just part of our story, he’s part of our leadership.
He sits on the Board of the How U Doin Foundation because he lives the mission.
Grit, Courage, Resilience and Determination. Doing the hard work. Showing up.
He embodies everything we want for our teens, our families, and our community.

Frankie’s story a story of survival, strength, faith, and purpose is exactly why he will be an unbelievable guest in our future Clubhouse.
The teens need to hear it.
The parents need to hear it.
The whole community needs to hear it.

Because when Frankie talks… hope rises.

This summer marked Year 3 of one of my most cherished traditions: visiting my legendary 8th grade teacher, Mrs. B. Each year, another classmate joins me — this year my dear friend Dawn Turk Pniewski What began as a simple visit has grown into a powerful reminder of just how much teachers and mentors can shape our lives.

Because here’s the truth: during adolescence, when times are tough and life feels overwhelming, the presence of someone who believes in you can make all the difference. A teacher, a coach, an uncle, a mentor, a friend — their belief plants seeds that grow, even when we don’t realize it.

I am living proof of that. I carry the encouragement, memories, and lessons of people like Mrs. B in my heart and soul. And now, through the How U Doin Foundation, I get to return that gift.

At our 5,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse in Northlake, TX — opening in 2026 — we are building exactly that kind of environment for today’s teens. A place of connection, mentorship, and direction. A place where young people will know they are seen, valued, and supported.

Because the world is full of good people who care. And now, we’re building the Clubhouse so teens have their own Mrs. B — and their own mentors — in the form of programs, community, and a safe, inspiring space to grow.

💡 Teachers and mentors change lives.
🍕 Connection and community change outcomes.
💙 And the How U Doin Foundation is on a mission to revolutionize support for adolescents, families, and communities facing mental health and substance misuse challenges.

To Mrs. B and Dawn — thank you for the reminders that tradition, connection, and love never lose their power. And to everyone reading — join us in making sure today’s teens experience the same.

Sometimes life introduces you to people in crisis… and then you watch them rise.

I met Leanna Sellars during a family crisis — one of those moments where everything feels uncertain. From the very beginning, she was proactive, present, and deeply committed to doing the hard work. She didn’t wait for change — she chased it down.

Today, I’m proud to call her not only a friend but one of the biggest supporters of the How U Doin Foundation. She believes in what we’re building — because she knows firsthand how important it is to have a place like our Clubhouse in the community when a teenager hits that moment of need.

She’s also an incredible wife, mother, girl boss, and top producer with Keller Williams Southlake Market Center — leading with heart, hustle, and a gift for helping others find their next chapter.

When our Clubhouse opens, she will be an inspiring guest — someone ready to share her entrepreneurial spirit, grit, and resilience. The kind of story our teens need to hear. But it doesn’t stop there.

Leanna will also be an incredible support for families — offering her vital experience to help them navigate the process, answer hard questions, and walk alongside them with empathy, encouragement, and real-world insight.

She represents everything we’re building at the How U Doin Foundation — a place grounded in:

Fun • Connection • Discovery • Direction

Leanna, thank you for being a light in this mission. Your journey reminds me why we do what we do.
