A huge thank you to everyone who participates in our “Cans for Ferals” recycling program! ♻️🐾

As summer party season kicks off, please keep Pawsitively Feral in mind while cleaning up after BBQs, bonfires, birthdays, and get-togethers.

We gladly collect aluminum cans — whether it’s pop, beer, seltzer, or even wet cat food cans.

Not only are you helping the Earth by recycling, but every can also helps support our feral colonies. The funds raised go toward food and care for the cats we look after every day.

Small cans truly make a big difference. Thank you for helping us help them! 😻

We are currently in the process of performing maintenance and retagging on our traps. If you currently have one of our traps rented but will not need it within the next two weeks, please arrange to return it.

If you are actively using the traps for upcoming appointments or pre-baiting, please reach out to us so we can coordinate swapping your traps instead.

Thank you!

We are sharing this heartfelt post to help spread the word for Lea and her six babies.

We know how difficult it can be for independent rescuers and fosters trying to save lives with limited resources. Beatriz is doing everything she can for mama Lea and her six “muffins” after they were rescued from the streets of Chicago.

Lea is very sick, yet she continues caring for her babies despite her condition. Please take a moment to read Beatriz’s plea below. If you are able to donate, share, or send support, every bit helps.

Hi it's Beatriz. I need help for mom Lea and her 6 Muffins. A good Samaritan helped her as… Beatriz Diaz needs your support for LEA AND HER 6 KITTENS NEED YOU

This is precisely why TNR programs are so important. We vaccinate for rabies when we have the cats and that prevents the transmission of rabies for the rest of that cats life. We also take that opportunity to treat for internal and external parasites to overall make the cat healthier when it's back in the community.

he cat, which poses a risk to humans and pets, was last seen heading west from Tyler Court: https://www.wwlp.com/news/local-news/hampshire-county/public-warned-to-avoid-cat-exhibiting-rabies-symptoms-in-northampton/
