Have you met this ethereal sea goddess?

Her name is Beth, and she is truly the backbone of this team. She's an organizer, she's a coach, she's a photographer, she's a joke writer, and apparently, she also does marketing, whatever that means.

Community doesn't just happen. It takes a lot of work and dedication. It takes this delicate balance of sharing/listening, engaging/standing to the side which allows for community dynamics to flourish.

And if you ever want an absolute masterclass in how to build community? Watch Beth. She's the very, very best. We'd be nothing without her.

Yes, this pic is blurry, but it's because Miles was going much, much too fast for mere mortal cameras to pick him up.

ENORMOUS congratulations to our resident World Championship athlete Miles who took second in his AG at Grand Rapids 70.3. He's been racing at this distance for a bit, and he KEEPS GETTING FASTER.

Oh, did I mention this was 1 week after completing Escape from Alcatraz??
